I was responsible for advancing the academic and social development of pupils in the early stage of their elementary school participation.  My job description included providing the materials and the enabling environment for the students to progress into responsible adults and eventually advance to higher education

Teaching in a private school gave me many advantages over teaching in a public school. For me, it comes down to the reality that all we really want to do is teach. I nd the administrative side of the job little bit conning and time-consuming. Minimal bureaucracy was the biggest advantage of teaching in a private school, but there are other advantages like thin management structure and ideal teaching conditions.
